About

We're building for the gap between knowing and doing.

People don't need more information. They need help turning the information they already have into the next right step — without handing over control of their life.

Why OrbitaAI exists

Life got louder. The next step got harder to find.

A school notice. A bill. A message from a clinic. A lease renewal. A job application. None of these are unusual — but they arrive in different apps, different formats, and at different times. The result is a familiar gap: you saw the information, you meant to act, and somehow the week got away.

Most tools respond by adding another place to store things. OrbitaAI takes the opposite approach. It starts with what already arrived, explains what it means, and helps you decide what — if anything — needs to happen next. The first product is deliberately narrow: turn screenshots, PDFs, and messages into clear action plans and optional reminders.

We're not trying to replace your calendar, your notes, or your judgment. We're trying to close the distance between understanding something and doing the right thing about it. That's the whole thesis.

“Give me the information I need to deal with. Help me understand it, decide what matters, remember the next step, and follow through — without taking control away from me.”

Principles

The rules we don't bend.

These aren't values on a wall. They're constraints on what we build, how the AI behaves, and what we refuse to ship.

The user is the decision-maker

OrbitaAI can summarize, recommend, and prepare. Decisions that affect money, health, legal rights, or relationships stay with you.

Explain before acting

Before anything consequential, show the proposed action, the context, and the exact data involved. No “I did it” without confirmation.

Show the evidence

A deadline should link to the passage that supports it. A recommendation should say which saved preference it used.

Minimize data

A reminder rarely needs your email. A summary does not need your location. We collect what a feature needs — not what might be useful someday.

Design for recovery

People miss reminders and have difficult weeks. Help them restart with one manageable step, not a guilt trip.

No engagement at any cost

Success is a useful outcome, not screen time. When the best action is to close the app, that is the right outcome.

Accountability

How we stay honest.

Trust isn't a landing-page claim. It's a set of choices that are easy to verify and hard to fake.

We don't sell data. Ever.

Revenue comes from subscriptions and institutional licensing — never from advertising, data brokerage, or training models on your private documents.

We don't manufacture urgency.

No fake countdowns, no invented scarcity, no guilt-based streaks. If OrbitaAI suggests a deadline, it links to the source that supports it.

We don't hide the AI.

OrbitaAI says when something is an interpretation, a suggestion, or an uncertainty. We won't pretend a model is an authority it isn't.

We don't claim certifications we haven't earned.

Security and accessibility are ongoing work. We describe what we've actually implemented, and we say what's still in progress.

Where we are

Early, intentional, and honest about it.

OrbitaAI is an independent project. We're starting with one workflow done well, then earning the right to expand.

NowPrivate beta

Document-to-action, source evidence, and reviewable plans. Small groups, direct feedback, no hype.

NextIn development

Voice input, daily briefings, weekly reviews, and calendar export — each validated before it ships.

LaterOn the horizon

Trusted integrations, family sharing with granular consent, deeper multilingual support, and institutional workspaces.
