Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the OrbitaAI website and early-access program, including acceptable use, AI limitations, and your content.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the OrbitaAI website and early-access program. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If you use OrbitaAI on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Early access
OrbitaAI is in development. Features described on this site may change, be delayed, or be withdrawn. Early access is offered for evaluation and feedback, not as a guaranteed production service.
- Invitations are limited and may be revoked for misuse.
- The service may be unavailable during development.
- No fees are charged during early access.
- We may change or discontinue early-access features at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the site or join the waitlist. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use OrbitaAI only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use OrbitaAI for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service
- Attempt to access another person's data or bypass security controls
- Use the service to surveil, impersonate, or harass someone
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service without permission
- Submit content you do not have the right to share
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documents, messages, and other content you provide. You grant OrbitaAI a limited license to process that content solely to provide the features you request.
We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you share.
Deleting content removes it from your account and from the extracted facts associated with it, subject to normal backup cycles.
AI limitations and professional advice
OrbitaAI uses AI and can make mistakes. Always verify critical dates, amounts, official requirements, and health-related information with the original source or a qualified professional.
OrbitaAI is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, or emergency service. It does not provide medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency assistance. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services.
OrbitaAI prepares and suggests. It does not complete consequential actions — including payments, official submissions, or messages — without your explicit approval.
Accounts and security
When accounts become available, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Payments and billing
Paid plans are not available during early access, and no payment method is required to join the waitlist. Before any paid service launches, we will publish clear pricing, billing terms, cancellation terms, and refund rules. No charge will be made without your explicit purchase.
Intellectual property
The OrbitaAI name, website, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
The website and early-access service are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrbitaAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD 100). This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical, we will give notice and a way to export your data.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the entity operating OrbitaAI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The specific jurisdiction and legal entity will be identified before paid services launch.
Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
